Today we’re announcing a significant enhancement in functionality to Motive Integrator. New Dealer Roll-out Management Apps have been added for our automaker clients to complement the functionality already available in the Motive Integrator Dealer Suite. These apps provide automakers a consistent, structured and streamlined set of tools for use during the launch of new software, interfaces or programs to their dealer networks.
Rolling out new dealer facing software by automakers requires coordination and communication along with a host of roll-out activities for each store. Where new interfaces between the automakers software and commercially available dealer systems (DMS or other) have been implemented, automakers must also work closely with their DSP partners so that the activation of interfaces can be coordinated.
The new Dealer Roll-out Management apps provide automated dealer and field communications, tracks roll-out activities plus stores all dealer calls and emails. Apps are configurable for each project, providing automakers flexibility to design a roll-out approach which meets the requirements of each initiative. Since 2010, the Motive Integrator Dealer Suite has included apps for managing dealer pilots and the activation of interfaces by both DSPs and Automakers. With the Motive Integrator Dealer Suite, Automakers now have a full complement of functionality to support all of these critical activities for any integration program.
Volkswagen Group of America is using Motive Integrator to support the roll-out of its ElsaPro Service Information Application which began earlier this month and will conclude by year end. Volkswagen and Audi users are able to see the status of the roll-out across each defined wave of dealers and track completion of key activities needed for the successful launch with a dealer. Motive is providing support services to help support dealer communications and specific launch activities, working hand in hand with VWGoA.
